The problem that I'm running into is that i'm not getting enough steam in the turbine to create power.Fix that, and you'll see a vast improvement in your water return between the turbine and reactor. As for the fission reactor, it's a customizable multiblock (both nuclearcraft reactors are) while mekanism's is set. Because of this you can make smaller ones to start out and build your way up. There are 2 types of blocks you can place inside of it, 1 to raise both heat and power and 1 to lower heat (you want lower heat).
