I would def say that learning content is what makes u jump from the 400s to 500s. and its pretty dramatic if you start with a low score. The stuff I used for content review: -ONLY KA for psych/soc. The blueprint tests have realllly depressed scores compared to the AAMC ones. I took the blueprint half length at the beginning of my prep and got a 505, but then grinded for 2 months on practice exams and anki, and got a 518,520,522, and 519 on the AAMC ones. Then I ended up getting a 524 on the real one.

502 -> 513 IN A WEEK. Just read. Instead of focusing on highlighting and understand each sentence on its on. I found highlighting to stop my flow and this comprehension. So I read the paragraph first. Get an idea and then go back and highlight any main points.

The issue with the diagnostic is it brings out our ugly, natural need for instant gratification. When we don’t do well, we fee dejected. But the whole point is to get a shitty score and to build from there.
