Since I'd like to stay with Citra, I don't have a 3DS with CFW, as I haven't looked into a proper guide (I'm not an expert whatsoever, I don't know a lot about homebrewing and I usually play roms for older systems, like I know how to use pj64 or ZSNES, but that's about it)

Most of the methods online seem to want me to decrypt the rom, which I can't do, because the rom is already decrypted. Apparently Godmode9 is supposed to have a thing when you select a rom with it, where it can convert the rom into a .cia "select NCSD image options->Build .cia from file", but the only options I have are "Show in Hexeditor ...I've got a ton of encrypted CIA files that im trying to convert to decrypted 3DS ROMs. I've got a 3DS, but I also have a high end PC. Yes, I'm using Godmode and can get a .cia from a .3ds using the 3ds. Getting a .cia from a decrypted .3ds on just the PC seems like it is a bit more difficult. That way you can just play the games without worrying about needing a particular source. But Decrypted roms are smaller generally, so you'll save space.
