It'll play a factor, obviously. You'll be ranked lower than someone with a 265 who is a similar applicant otherwise, and you should be tbh but that's life. There are a lot of other factors and you may still have a good shot depending on the rest of the app. I think a lot of Step2 screens are at 240 so you should be ok!
