My favorite list is definitely Nordic Souls. Incredibly well made and polished. Extremely stable and surprisingly performance friendly. It's built around Legacy of The Dragonborn but also has Wyrmstooth and Vigilant and Unslaad. It also has the best third person combat in a list without SkySA/MCO.

Blue mountain flower, blue butterfly wing, and wheat. Even with an alchemy of about 20, this is a 350+ septim potion. Ingredients are very easy to get around Whiterun and it moves alchemy quite well. Salt piles and garlic are very easy to get and make a ~150 septim regen magicka potion. That one's pretty good too.
