Probably means you don't have the necessary mods for those cards installed. The mods looked after by the HF Patch and thus KKManager is not all inclusive. There's still mods out in the wild. Might need to check with were you got the card from to see if it points to required mods. Thanks!

For this right-click (or open in new tab) cards you want to download before saving them. After saving put them to "Koikatsu Party\UserData\chara\female". To check whether .png file contains character information open it with notepad, press ctrl+F and search for "koika" (or "sex") string without quotation marks.
