The hammer can apply lots of burns and bleeds and the skills also scale relatively well with power.Celestial is a different thing, because its hybrid, which is both. Celestial Signet Catalyst is more leaning towards condi because I am using earth traitline for the keeping up the passives of the signets. And earth traitline supports condi so its dealing overall better condi dmg than power dmg.
