The Clemson Emerging Scholars Program helps high school students from South Carolina's I-95 corridor learn what it takes to go to college. We concentrate on academic preparation, leadership skills and the college application process. We work with students in their schools and community, as well as during their visits to Clemson's campus.CLA students who are part of the President's Emerging Scholars Program or the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Program take a specialized version of the FYE courses.
