There are fissures all over the place, not just in the bog (Although there are at least 10 there). There are some up in the savage divide, over in the mire, even a few down in the ash heap. Just look for fissure sites on your map. One is due southwest of the pumpkin house, one near the mysterious cave, one south of whitesprings, etc.
